Metric Collared Zinc Plated Eye Bolts manufactured to DIN580 for general lifting purposes. Collared eye bolts are designed for axial loading to achieve the full Working Load Limit. Reduction in WLL when used at a 45 degree angle.
ALWAYS:
• Make sure the eye bolt is fully tightened before use and has sufficient thread length.
• Check the collar of eye bolt is sitting evenly on the contact surface.
• Make sure the eye bolt is positioned correctly before attempting the lift.
• Check the condition of your eye bolt and the relevant wear points before use.
NEVER:
• Exceed the marked working load limit
• Force the eye bolt into position
• Modify or weld the eye bolt. This will affected the WLL
• Use a damaged or worn eye bolt
