Metric Collared Zinc Plated Eye Nuts manufactured to DIN582 for general lifting purposes. Collared eye nuts are designed for axial loading to achieve the full Working Load Limit. Reduction in WLL when used at a 45 degree angle.
ALWAYS:
• Make sure the eye nut is fully tightened before use
• Check the collar of eye nut is sitting evenly on the contact surface
• Make sure the eye nut is positioned correctly before attempting the lift
• Check the condition of your eye nut and the relevant wear points before use

• Exceed the marked working load limit
• Force the eye nut into position
• Modify or weld the eye nut. This will affected the WLL
• Use a damaged or worn eye nut
